This page explains how payment, cancellation and refunds work for projects with Pinnacle Web Agency LLC ("Pinnacle", "we", "us").
Orders through our order form
The order form at /start/ is not taking orders yet. When it is, this is how it works:
- Nothing is charged when you submit the form. Stripe, our payment processor, saves your card and we review your project.
- We take payment only after we have confirmed and accepted your project.
- If we do not take your project on, you are never charged.
- Before we accept your project, you can withdraw your order by emailing us, and nothing is charged.
- You can ask us to remove your saved card at any time by emailing us.
Projects agreed after a consultation
Most projects start with a call. After it, we send you a written proposal, agreement or invoice. That document sets out the price, the payment schedule (including any deposit), and how cancellation and refunds work for your project. You receive it before you pay anything.
Ongoing services
Ongoing services, such as hosting or monthly care, are cancelled on the terms in their agreement or invoice.
Billing mistakes
If you are charged an amount that does not match what you agreed to, email us and we will correct it, including refunding any overcharge.
