The packages and prices on this site describe what we offer. Your project's final scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are set out in the written proposal, agreement or invoice we give you, and that document governs the work. If it differs from this site, the document applies.
The order form
The order form at /start/ is not taking orders yet. When it is, submitting it is a request, not a contract. We review every project first. We take no payment until we have confirmed and accepted your project, and if we do not take it on, you are never charged.
Services run by others
This site links to or loads services run by other companies, including Calendly for booking calls, Stripe for payments, YouTube for video, and our Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Content and ownership
The text, design, logos and other content on this site belong to Pinnacle Web Agency LLC or its licensors. Who owns the work we create for you is set out in your project agreement.
No warranty
